The Smart Panels are a structural, insulated, fire resistant walling, flooring and roofing system .
It is a ingenious and yet simple practical solution to today's needs for a faster way to build than conventional brick veneer, timber or steel framed properties.
It has the strength benefits of a solid concrete or double brick home and yet has a thermally insulating structural density polystyrene core.
The unique cross member truss system that structurally connects the two sides of the concrete wall along with the spray-crete (concrete) application to the entire structure in a method that binds and locks all surfaces together into a seamless Monolithic (single piece) structure.
FASTER: Smart Panel Walling System has a faster build time because less trades are required to build a property with Smart Panels than with conventional building methods. Our system also allows for a smaller working crew to be able to achieve a lot more of the construction each work day.
STRONGER: Smart Panel Walling System is stronger because of the monolithic construction (a one piece) build process. The weight load, wind load, live load, thermal qualities, burn time and earthquake resistances or capabilities are ALL greater than conventional building methods
CHEAPER: We manufacture our own products and transport them directly to site from the factory, they are light weight to handle onsite, easy to cut and fit the design, require less people onsite or various trades to install and finish .
